About Dan
I am a student studying cyber security but i’ve been playing piano since I was 5. I’ve probably performed a few hundred different pieces of music at this point.
I’m really passionate about western music theory and love trying to explain to my friends how music works. In my free time I release weird synth music under the artist moniker synthbeans.

I like to give my students a hands on approach to learning. I think that the best way to play piano and keyboard is to have a framework in mind that describes why the musician might be doing the things they do so I try to incorporate music theory studies into my teaching.
