About Alexander

I am currently a senior at the University of Florida and I am moving into medical school next semester. I was previously a Supplemental Instructor at UF for Biochemistry, teaching weekly lessons to groups of 20 students. I have experience tutoring students ranging from middle school to advanced college level. I earned an A in Biochemistry and all prerequisite Biology courses, and I have since been accepted to medical school. I know what it is like to feel the pressure of a difficult course, and I want to help you overcome it!

About the lesson

I break down complex subject matter to help you understand bit by bit! Tell me beforehand what you want to study, and I will go through the content with you and answer your questions. I specialize in Biochemistry, but I can work in Biology, Chemistry, and some other common pre-health courses.

Deadly! Alex was a great tutor! He definitely knew his stuff. Not only that, but he was super receptive to feedback and worked to met my individual needs . We was super flexible with times and explained things in ways I could understand. It was embarrassing for me to fall short in many topics, but Alex was reassuring and supplemented my knowledge with tips, tricks, and other advice. Great tutoring experience!

Deadly! Alexander was an amazingly patient tutor who really helped my understanding of organic chemistry! He went through some of the more difficult subjects and broke them down into easily understanble topics that I utilized on my tests. I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs a bit of extra help in orgo!
