I am currently a contractual Research Assistant Professor in Biology at the Lebanese University from 10 years. I am Franco-Lebanese and I am fluent in both Arabic and French. I grew up in Lebanon and currently reside in Beirut. In addition to my academic work, I enjoy teaching the Lebanese Arabic dialect to non-native Arabic speakers. Background:

Methods:
My teaching approach is personalized and adaptable to each student's needs and interests. I use a variety of materials and resources, including textbooks, audio and video recordings, and authentic materials like songs, TV shows, and news articles. I also incorporate games, role-playing, and conversation practice to make learning fun and engaging.

Personalized Approach:
I understand that every student is unique and has different learning styles, goals, and challenges. That's why I take the time to get to know my students and tailor my lessons accordingly. I focus on building a strong foundation in grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation, while also incorporating cultural insights and humor to make the language come alive.

Expertise in Teaching Lebanese Culture:
As a native speaker of Lebanese Arabic, I have a deep understanding of the culture, customs, and traditions of Lebanon. I love sharing this knowledge with my students and helping them to appreciate the unique expressions and humor of Lebanese culture. Whether it's teaching students how to order food at a restaurant, or explaining the meaning behind a popular Lebanese saying, I make sure my students are fully immersed in the language and culture.

I also offer a free first session so that students can try out my teaching style and see if it's a good fit.
