About Kamil
Hi, I'm Kamil. For the past 8 years, I've had the best job in the world: transforming the "I just don't get it" feeling into triumphant "Aha!" moments for my students. I don't just love physics; I'm passionate about teaching it. I believe that complex topics like calculus-based mechanics or electromagnetic fields aren't meant to be feared, but to be unlocked. My approach is built on a simple idea: when you understand the fundamental "why" behind a formula, you stop memorizing and start mastering. My toolkit comes from a rigorous academic background: A Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Research Nuclear University MEPhI. A Gold Medal at the International Physics Olympiad (ISPhO). 8 years of specialized experience de-coding the AP curriculum for students just like you. In the past year alone, I've guided 15 students through the AP Physics curriculum, with 13 achieving a top score of 5 and the remaining 2 securing a 4. This consistent success isn't accidental—it's the direct result of a tailored, strategic methodology built on a foundation of deep expertise. I specialize in preparing students for AP Physics 1, AP Physics 2, and AP Physics C (Mechanics & E&M). My focus is on strategic, conceptual understanding—I teach you the patterns and problem-solving frameworks that the test-makers actually use, so you can walk into your exam with unshakable confidence. I am committed to more than just your score; I'm committed to your growth. I will provide you with the clarity, strategy, and support you need to not only achieve a 5 but to build a foundation for success in any STEM field. Ready to change your relationship with physics? Let's connect!

My approach to tutoring is not just theoretical; it's battle-tested by the success of my students. In the past year alone, I've guided 15 students through the AP Physics curriculum, with 13 achieving a top score of 5 and the remaining 2 securing a 4. This consistent success isn't accidental—it's the direct result of a tailored, strategic methodology built on a foundation of deep expertise.
I've developed a unique framework that moves students from confusion to command of the material:
Diagnostic Assessment: We begin by identifying your specific knowledge gaps and conceptual weaknesses. You can't fix what you don't see, so this initial map is crucial.
Conceptual Bridge-Building: I specialize in creating "Aha!" moments by connecting complex theories to intuitive analogies and visual models. For Physics 1/2, this means mastering the why behind the laws. For Physics C, it means wielding calculus as a practical tool, not a mathematical obstacle.
Strategic Problem-Solving Drills: We focus on the exact types of problems featured on the AP exams. I teach you to recognize patterns, decode question phrasing, and apply efficient, step-by-step frameworks that save time and maximize points, especially on multi-concept Free Response Questions.
Exam-Condition Simulation: The final stage is building stamina and confidence. We practice under timed, exam-like conditions to transform test-day anxiety into focused execution.
My Subject Expertise:
I offer comprehensive preparation for the entire AP Physics sequence:
AP Physics 1 & 2: Focusing on building an unshakable conceptual foundation and mastering the algebraic, inquiry-based problem-solving the exams demand.
AP Physics C: Mechanics & E&M: Leveraging my engineering background to provide deep, calculus-based insights and problem-solving techniques that prepare you for both the exam and future STEM courses.
My goal is to make you not just a student who can pass a test, but a confident problem-solver who understands the language of the universe.

I had only three months left before my GCSE Physics exam and felt completely lost. Finding Kamil was a game-changer! He didn't just teach me the syllabus; he helped me truly understand physics and showed me how beautiful it could be. His preparation was spot-on, and I ended up with a Grade 8! I was over the moon and am so grateful for his help. I highly recommend him!
My child was preparing for admission to a specialized physics and mathematics lyceum. We needed a tutor to help him improve his skills in solving advanced, complex problems.
I spent a long time selecting a tutor; most were unwilling to take on this task, as they only focused on preparing for the standard national exam (EGE). Kamil agreed. He found a common language with my son and conducted the lessons in a very clear and understandable way.
My son was accepted.
He highly valued the help Kamil provided in preparing for the entrance exams and is very grateful to him. Now that my son is about to start his studies, if any problems arise, we will definitely continue lessons with Kamil.View more recommendations
