About Roan
With 6 years of experience in vocal training, my teaching focuses on nurturing authentic voices and ensuring every student gains technical control and expressive freedom. I’ve worked with a wide range of voices across various genres, helping individuals grow into confident and emotionally connected singers. My methods combine classical foundations with modern vocal coaching to give students a full-circle experience. My own vocal journey was shaped by international influences and continuous learning. I’ve performed across diverse stages and understand the pressure of live performance, which is why I emphasise calm, control, and creative release in every lesson. I approach each student individually, tailoring exercises and techniques to suit their vocal type and goals. Passion is at the heart of my teaching. I find great fulfilment in seeing students develop self-belief and musical expression through their voices. Whether preparing for an audition, building stage skills, or just discovering your voice, I’m here to guide each step with precision, patience, and purpose.

Each session integrates body posture awareness, diaphragm support, and vocal health practices, ensuring sustainable voice development. You'll also engage with various musical genres, allowing for exploration in pop, classical, jazz, and contemporary styles, helping you find your niche or expand your versatility. By incorporating performance techniques and microphone skills, the course prepares students for both studio and live environments.
