Hey! I am Dr Hamd, a House Officer at PDH Lahore
I was once sitting where you are now - stressed about FSc Bio, MCAT, and 1st Year MBBS.

ANATOMY
We won’t just ratta. I teach using:
- Real body diagrams + clinical examples from PDH OPD
- Easy mnemonics to remember muscles, nerves, bones
- Focus: Upper limb, Lower limb, Thorax, Abdomen, Head & Neck
- Perfect for 1st Year MBBS and FSc students
PHYSIOLOGY**
Understand HOW the body works, not just memorize:
- Blood, CVS, Respiratory, Renal, Nervous, Endocrine systems
- I link each topic to diseases so it sticks. Ex: "Why BP drops in dehydration"
- Diagrams + flowcharts + past paper questions
**3. CELLULAR BIOLOGY**
The base of everything in MBBS:
- Cell structure, Mitosis/Meiosis, DNA, Protein synthesis, Cell membrane
- Taught with animations + simple analogies
- High-yield for MCAT and 1st Year
**4. GENERAL BIOLOGY - FSc / O-Level**
- Chapter-wise concept building + past papers
