Cancellation must be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 12 hours are subject to 50% payment. Cancellations less than 12 hours of the scheduled tutorial are subject to payment in full. Under certain circumstances exceptions may be at the discretion of the tutor.
