About Nicki
As a science teacher I know that some students struggle with science and don't enjoy the lessons in school or make the progress that they would like to. I am here to change that! I pride myself on making science accessible to all students, no matter what their background may be in the subject. I make lessons fun and interactive and ensure that my students know that I am here to help them with whatever area of science they need support with. My previous students have always told me that they have enjoyed my lessons and feel much more confident in the subject, which is the reason why I do what I do.

I have always loved science and try to pass on this enthusiasm to my students no matter what their prior learning or experience has been in the subject. Lessons are taught remotely via Google Meet and last up to 60 minutes, although this can be adjusted to suit the needs of the student. I have developed my own resources during my time teaching science in state and private schools. All online lesson resources and e-handouts are dyslexia friendly so all students can access the learning. I can offer support to all KS3 and KS4 students that are studying science. From assisting with revision for GCSE exams to providing complementary learning to what the students receive at school.
