About Courtney
I have my 200hr yoga certificate and have been practicing yoga for 10 years. I have taught almost every kind of yoga and love my job and the people I get to met. Having a dance background has helped bring balance and flexibility to my practice. I graduated high school from grande prairie composite high and have two years of fitness leadership.
