About Baraa

I’m Baraa, a native Arabic speaker from Gaza currently living in Sydney. With a background as an Environmental Specialist and a deep connection to my language and culture, I offer online Arabic lessons tailored to each student’s needs. I teach both Modern Standard Arabic (Fus-ha) and the Palestinian/Levantine dialect in a supportive, flexible, and engaging way. Whether you are a beginner or looking to improve your fluency, I aim to make learning Arabic meaningful, enjoyable, and suited to your personal goals.

About the lesson

As a native Arabic speaker originally from Gaza and now based in Sydney, I offer online Arabic lessons that are welcoming, flexible, and suited to each student’s needs. I believe that learning a language is more meaningful when it connects to culture and real-life situations, so I focus on practical language use through conversation, storytelling, and engaging materials. My lessons run for 60 minutes and are designed for learners whether you're just starting out, brushing up for school, or hoping to improve your speaking skills. I teach both Modern Standard Arabic (Fus-ha) and the Palestinian/Levantine dialect, depending on the learner’s preference. I create a calm and supportive online space where students feel encouraged to ask questions, make mistakes, and grow confidently at their own pace.
