About Mia
I am a Medical student at the University of Nottingham looking to tutor in my free time.
I achieved all 9s (+ an A in Add maths) at GCSE and completed the IB diploma with a 43 receiving all 7s in my Higher Level subjects (Chem, Bio, Philosophy).
I am passionate about students becoming more confident in their own abilities and through tutoring, I would like to give students the tools to better tackle science and reach their academic potential.

I would teach by reinforcing basics and going over confusing areas, working up to exam-style questions to apply any content covered.
Students should inform me of what they would like to cover in advance so lesson materials can be arranged.
I am very patient and will adapt my teaching style to suit each student so that they remain engaged.
Additional work to be completed between sessions will be assigned to help students consolidate ideas.
Minimum 1-hour length of lesson.
