About Beth
I am a third year Environmental Geography student, with a grade average of 88%. My A-Levels were in Geography, Biology and Physics. I also completed an additional GCSE in Astronomy along side my A-levels. I have dyslexia and I have never let this limit me academically, in fact I believe my unique way of thinking has helped me to achieve higher and work harder. I have received tutoring as a student along side my studies, so I am familiar with the format and know how it can be successful.

I have a friendly and motivating teaching style. I believe it is important for the student to think for themselves, and to be supported by my guidance allowing them achieve highly. My priority is to engage and excite the student in the subject, igniting a passion in them that makes them want to learn more. My most enjoyable educational experiences have come from people who truly love and understand their subject, and I want to pass that onto others.

Excellent! Beth has given geography tutoring for my students a few times now. She has a good way to engage with her students and is always willing to help. She made sure the students get the most from the session. After a few lessons, the students improved their grades.
