About Amin
I am an experienced maths tutor with a PhD in Artificial Intelligence and over 10 years of teaching experience. I specialise in helping GCSE and A-Level students who are struggling with confidence, gaps in knowledge, or exam anxiety.
Many of my students come to me feeling stuck or overwhelmed. I focus on breaking topics down into simple, manageable steps and building their confidence gradually.
My goal is not just to improve grades, but to help students feel comfortable and capable in maths. I have helped students move from foundation level to passing confidently, and even achieving higher grades than expected.

Every lesson is tailored to the student’s needs.
I start by identifying gaps in understanding, then build a clear step-by-step plan to improve both knowledge and confidence. Lessons include:
• Simple explanations of key topics
• Exam-style questions and techniques
• Guided practice to build confidence
• Support with schoolwork and revision
I specialise in working with students who:
• Lack confidence
• Have fallen behind
• Need structured guidance
• Have ADHD or find school challenging
• Prefer face-to-face support
I provide a calm, patient, and encouraging environment where students can learn without pressure.
Lessons are available at my home in Worthing or at the student's home (local area).
