About Priya
Am trained in the Krishnamacharya yoga mandiram school of yoga from Chennai and Bangalore. Have been a student of yoga for many years and a professional teacher of yoga recently certified. I also have a sports background and understand the importance of joint mobility, stretching, loosening practices to condition the body. The class will be interesting with a mix of modern and ancient practices to best engage the body , breath and mind :)

A general class suitable for beginners and people who want to ease into yoga and combine warming up and stretching with gentle yoga movements. Increases awareness of body and breath. Practices to increase flexibility and attention. We follow the age old tradition of Krishnamacharya style of yoga combined with some modern loosening and stretching practices. We end the class with some pranayama and mind and body relaxation :)
