About Isobel

Hello, my name is Isobel and I'm currently studying for a master's in Environment, Politics and Society at UCL. I did my undergraduate degree in Geography at Cambridge University. Geography is my true passion as I love learning about the world and how different aspects of both human and physical geography interact with each other. Along with Geography A-Level, I also studied English Literature and Biology - both of which I immensely enjoyed.

About the lesson

I am passionate about academia as I believe having good qualifications is a vital stepping stone to opening up amazing life opportunities and hope I can help any student achieve this. I have been tutoring for 4 years across GCSE and A-Level subjects. My lessons usually last an hour every week and students choose what to focus on depending on what they're struggling with. I help students understand difficult concepts by explaining it in more detail and answering any questions. I will also help by advising on exam techniques and revision strategies for that subject from my own experience in preparing for my exams. Can also give NEA/dissertation advice and guide students through the research process.
