Namaste Yogis and Yoginis,
I’m Anusha, a Ministry of AYUSH (Government of India) certified Yoga Protocol and Wellness Instructor. I’m also a certified Yoga Instructor and Antenatal Yoga Teacher from SVYASA University. Currently appointed as a fitness ambassador for one of the growing communities in Dubai.
My journey with yoga began in 2012 at Ramakrishna Math, and since then, yoga has shaped my life in the most beautiful ways.
Over the years, I’ve been part of a reputed corporate Yoga Council and have taught students across the globe. I specialize in guiding women through concerns such as PCOS/PCOD, insulin resistance, hormonal imbalance, stress, and lifestyle-related challenges.
Yoga, for me, is not just about asanas — it is a complete path toward awareness, balance, and joyful living.
