About Ankush
Hi! I’m a Grade 9 student who enjoys math and helping others understand it better. I’ve always been strong in math, and I like breaking down concepts into simple steps that actually make sense.
As a student, I understand how math is taught in school today and what topics can be confusing. I’m patient, supportive, and I make sure lessons feel comfortable and stress-free. My goal is to help students build confidence, improve their skills, and feel more successful in math.
I tutor students in Grades 6–9 and can help with homework, test preparation, and understanding difficult topics. I believe that anyone can improve at math with the right explanations and practice.

My approach as a tutor is simple: I focus on helping students truly understand math instead of just memorizing steps. I explain concepts clearly, go step by step, and make sure students feel comfortable asking questions without pressure or judgment.
In my lessons, I usually start by asking what the student is struggling with or what they’re learning in class. Then I review the basics, explain the concept in a simple way, and work through examples together. After that, I let the student try questions on their own while I guide them and help correct mistakes. If needed, I can also help with homework, test review, or extra practice.
What sets me apart is that I’m a student myself, so I understand how math is taught in school today and what students often find confusing. I explain things in a way that’s easy to understand and relatable, and I’m patient if something takes time to click.
My lessons are for students in Grades 6–9 who want help with math concepts, homework, test preparation, or building confidence in math. I’m especially helpful for students who feel stuck or need explanations explained more simply.
