About Levi
During my time in law school I have enjoyed helping younger students understand and enjoy the subjects they are learning about. I grew up teaching difficult subjects to younger siblings and have adopted an effective teaching style which helps them significantly.

I use a combination of Socratic method, exercises and conversational practices to determine which areas students need the most help in.
After determining what the students are particularly struggling with, I talk through the problems with the students, asking pointed and vague questions to probe their level of understanding in the subject.
Allowing students the opportunity to explain what they do not understand helps both the student and I gain a better understanding of what they do not yet fully grasp.
Many students never have the opportunity to explain what they do not know, and simply by attempting to explain it they come to realize specifically what they are struggling with.
This prevents the typical tutoring problem in which students come to tutors not even knowing what they don't understand, only that they cannot make the grades they want.
These classes are for students from Middle school through collegiate level.
