About Vaibhav
I'm Vaibhav Sharma. Being a student of a 'fauji' school, I've learnt many things that many of you might be unaware of. There are some work ethics that I would love to propagate through teaching some of my favourite subjects in which I have done good academically. Moreover, I've seen many of the students today dealing with many issues that trouble their progress. As an elder it would be of great opportunity to help students and help them become a better person by excelling in some of the subjects. Apart from this, I myself would be very fortunate to interact with young minds and learn from them.

Studying isn't only about learning the concepts, it's about understanding the very core, developing capabilities to apply ideas and being able to improve yourself on your own. Most important thing is to learn how to learn, formulate strategies as per the need and take care of each and every small thing in the process. I believe in process oriented approach instead of goal oriented one as the latter only makes you desparate about scoring marks and ultimately you get detached from actual learning and your progress comes at a hault. In my classes you would enjoy dealing with problems and would develop perseverance. Moreover, I would ensure none you come under the influence of any pressure as you would get a teacher-cum-friend who himself has probably been to most of issues you might be dealing with.
