About Tara
I have given private lessons to younger students and young teens at beginner and intermediate levels. Sessions would be comfortable, low-pressure environments that are fun but also focused. My aim is to tailor lessons in order to allow students to progress in the areas they most need to. The Violin requires discipline and therefore can be particularly challenging - with the right support, approach and structure it can be made accessible. I believe making this possible by fostering a positive attitude can make a huge difference to a students willingness to learn and ability to progress.

19 year old international student from Tanzania with previous teaching experience. I have completed Suzuki books 1-6 as well as being proficient in other genres. I understand the difficulties experienced by students and strive to help the students not only develop useful practise methods to progress but also to enjoy playing!
