About Elena
I am 29 years old, I am Italian, and I have a degree in neuroscience in the United Kingdom. Psychology, cognitive processes, and everything related to our brain has always fascinated me. So I did my job! The part of me that benefits most is the curious one, and being a researcher is the perfect solution for me. After living for 8 years in London, working and studying, I recently returned to Italy for work. The English culture, as well as the language, I miss very much. In addition to the most recent years spent in the United Kingdom, in 2008, still a young girl, I lived for 3 months in New Zealand, as a guest of a beautiful and welcoming family. I believe that the love for the English language was born right there, and it is that experience that then led me to travel and choose London for most of my twenties. Following two degrees both obtained in England, I have acquired a very high level of both written and oral English (after graduating in the UK the equivalent is C2), so whether it is a simple review of grammar, literature, exercises for prepare IELTS, proofreading, or conversation, you will find me the right person!

The goal is to collect school notions and transform them into real ability to communicate in English. The main focus in both oral and written conversation is to understand the logic of the English language, avoiding the frequent error of mentally translating from Italian to English. Great attention also to the pronunciation and formulation of sentences, with the use of words and their synonyms in relation to the context.
Ability to focus on scientific English, theme settings and medical research articles.
Also possible a lesson in pure conversation.
