About Alessandro

I am a kinesiologist specialized in functional rehabilitation and post-injury rehabilitation with a masters degree in Sport Sciences at the Foro Italico where I worked as a tutor for the chair of Anatomy for 3 years. This has allowed me in addition to my work experience to develop an effective and simple method for understanding the human body

About the lesson

My approach to the subject is based on simple and intuitive lessons. A practical and easy to understand method where memory is important, but understanding is more important through guided didactic paths based on the practical application of theoretical concepts

Deadly! Gli argomenti trattati sono stati approfonditi in maniera chiara e semplice. Non sono mancati frangenti di carattere ludico per rendere la lezione più gradevole e facile d'apprendere. Preparatissimo e simpatico. Ciò che dovrebbe essere un insegnante.

Non andare d'accordo con Alessandro è impossibile! Tra risate e fatica (con risultati visibili) le ore passate con lui volano! Grazie ad Ale ho anche risolto dei piccoli problemini fisici che capitano nella vita di tutti noi. Alessandro ha studiato tanti anni per aiutare le persone ad avere uno stile di vita migliore e i risultati dei suoi studi si vedono.
