My name is Anthony Aya, and I am passionate about helping people become stronger, healthier, and more confident through evidence-based training. I hold a university degree in Physical Education and am a certified NCSF Strength Coach and Fitness Expert through StepAhead. My goal as an online coach is to make professional coaching accessible to everyone by providing personalized training programs, continuous support, and accountability. I believe that with the right guidance, consistency, and commitment, anyone can achieve their fitness goals. I am dedicated to helping my clients build sustainable habits, improve their performance, and create long-term results that go beyond the gym.
