Hi I'm Drishya, a yoga instructor
I take both offline/online classes.
I want to help people those who are suffering in their life physically/mentally/emotionally through yoga, pranayama and meditation.
I personally think yoga is the best thing which a person should do it in their everyday life in order to make their life happy and healthy.

We begin with breath awareness and simple practices, then gradually progress according to each person's ability.
