About Steffan
My name is Steffan. I started my teaching journey to give myself some more freedom and diversity. They also say you only truly understand you subject if you can teach it so this is also a personal developmental process. Outside physio and rehab, I have been in the British Army, a keen mtb rider and golfer - always pushing the boundaries. So I’m here to help you do the same.

Having struggled with schooling most of my life, I understand the challenges first had. We’ll adapt however necessary to improve not only information retention but also your in-depth understanding. Mostly an online service but students who need supervision/placement sessions local to me are more than welcome as well.
