I am Beatrice, a young graduate student in Foreign Languages and Literatures, about to finish the training course undertaken at the University of Trieste; born and raised bilingual (Italian-English), as well as always in close contact with the English-speaking world, with which I am passionate.

Learning the English language can often represent a significant obstacle for those who approach it through the help of approximate and standardized canonical methods; my approach is therefore aimed at offering an in-depth knowledge of the language and improving its mastery taking care to be as personalized as possible, in order to facilitate the student, enhancing the strengths and filling the gaps. The key element of my method is undoubtedly the attention to the English-speaking world, especially the British one, and the accuracy of the notions; in fact, I believe it is essential to impart knowledge that is effectively reflected once applied in the field. Being bilingual and having lived / carried out training activities abroad (UK) I offer a perspective that adheres to the direct experience of the language rather than referring to obsolete constructions, like a native speaker. As far as literature is concerned, on the other hand, I aim to underline the most significant data, in order to outline the salient concepts, appropriately contextualizing them, from the historical-cultural and artistic point of view, adapting them to the level required by the student.
