About Fatou

My calling is to help young people transcend their limitations, thrive, and live out all the potential that life has placed in them at birth.

I have offered Academic Coaching, Study skills, Math, and ESL to USA and international students. They experienced top results (above 85% percentile), along with clarity, confidence, clear thinking, and practical skills for life. I have taught students around the world, including in USA, South Africa, LatAm, and African countries. I have directly supported nearly 1,000 young people and young adults in my teaching work over the last 12 years.

Often called “the Mary Poppins of Math”, I nurture the love of learning in students, bring their curiosity and curriculum to life by focusing on exercises that speak to their heart, and help them improve with gentleness, creativity, accountability, and consistency.

My learners often say: “Wow, I never thought of it that way before." or "This is clearer and simpler than I thought.” OR “this is way more fun than I expected.”

About the lesson

I have experience teaching college students, high school and middle schoolers. I have critical thinking, passion for learning, patience, and joy to offer. I also go the extra-mile to make sure the student has practiced many types of problems, and that they are prepared to apply the reasoning and problem-solving to a diversity of scenarios.
