About Maria
For more than 18 years I was studying classical and Spanish dance, I had to leave it for my studies at the university but my life has always been linked to the movement of the body. I discovered yoga 5 years ago and it changed my life, both physically and mentally, so I decided to train myself to continue learning and above all to be able to share and teach my passion for yoga.

I am trained in Hatha Vinyasa Yoga, certified by the Yoga Alliance USA. The vinyasa style allows us to create sequences and movements that flow at the same time as our breathing. We can do private, individual, group classes, always to your liking, and we can also adapt them to your level and to what you are looking to work or practice.
