About Elena
Hatha Yoga Classes for Beginners and Mixed Ability Level - Willen, Milton Keynes
I started yoga in 2004 and have never stopped since. Yoga not only helps me with controlling my ulcerative colitis I have since my 30 yo and made my body a better place to live in, but yoga has become my personal teacher and guides through everyday life.
Yoga has brought so much joy and ease into my life that it has become impossible not to share it, first by giving yoga classes to my friends and, since 2013, teaching yoga to others who are curious to experience it.
How we use our focus and what conclusions we make shapes our lives. Every change in our life always starts with doing usual stuff differently.

I have my own approach to the exercise developed through years of practising and teaching yoga.
You keep on hearing that Yoga is connecting body and mind!
In my classes you will learn how to connect separate parts of your body into a much stronger whole, how to bring the life into your hip joints and make your legs strong and supportive for your lower back and upper body, how to keep your spine mobile and shoulders and arms connected and supportive of your core.
