I have had many yoga lessons from Lauren over the years, and find her to be a very knowledgeable, calm and attentive tutor. She will always take time to make sure that students are doing the yoga poses correctly, and within each individual’s capabilities. She is always a warm and welcoming person, and creates a lovely atmosphere within her classes. I would definitely recommend her yoga classes.
