About Elena
Since 2015, the year I discovered yoga, I have changed my way of seeing life, of taking care of myself. It has been like being reborn again, leaving behind all the burdens and all the useless fears. I started humbly as a yogi and little by little, practicing and studying for a year, I managed to become a teacher. get the title in my country through my teachers but it is nothing compared to the happiness that comes with helping people feel better physically and mentally.

The Hatha style is at the base of everything, it is the true YOGA of the origins adapted over time to the needs of each one. I will guide you in the PRANAYAMA techniques together with the postures (ASANAS) and at the end of the class I will play the Tibetan bowls to give you total relaxation.
The biggest challenge for the teacher is not to teach postures or breathing techniques, but rather to empathize with the student and really help her. and what I most want is to see your refreshed and relaxed face at the end of the class. Classes are tailored to the physical needs of each person to offer the best possible tools. I can offer you a class on my farm in the middle of a nature reserve or come to your home without any problem or online. You choose the way that best suits your schedule and free time.
