About Asmi

I am Asmi Gandhi, an educationist by profession. I was heading a pre-primary school for 15 years and had my own pre-primary school for 20 years. I know the importance of education in life, being educated and knowledgeable is the key to being successful in one’s life. I am one of those characters. I love teaching, it’s my passion. I also love learning and that’s my need. So yeah here I am on this platform with a purpose

About the lesson

Its a holistic approach, yoga is connected with meditation, deep breathing and asanas, with a lot of synchronisation of the 3 important practices for a healthy, happy and contented life.
