I am completed my diploma course in Naturopathy And Yogic Science as I was interested in it. In today's time period being slim is not the goal and being healthy is the real goal and i will try help those who are willing to do so

About the lesson

I have a personal experience of yoga in my life and i have been practicing yoga since 2 years. Yoga is just not about losing weight it's about being healthy and i am here to help those who are willing to do it

Deadly! Shreya's yoga classes are always so fun. I feel more flexible and strong. I often took her meditation classes too. It feels so relaxed and calm after the sessions.
