About GODSON
I got my master in Business Education with option in Human resource management. I have been teaching for over 7 years. teaching should be simple and interactive, teaching should not be ambiguous.
In my teaching, i makes it very clear, easy and interactive, thereby creating an environment for student to fill free and learn with easy. Teach - Student relationship should be cordial, but not to dissolve discipline when necessary. because if the discipline is taken out completely, learning can be watered down.

Every student is unique in nature, a good lecture ought to understand that and handle each student as same. This means that the level of student recipient of knowledge or learning ability differs, some learns fast, some slow and some very slow. teaching is accomplished when even the weakest student understand what is thought. a teachers' pedagogy must involve this.
therefore TEACHING irrespective of the level / class requires patient from the teacher to the learner his is the only way a student can be well taught.
