About Menna
I am originally from Egypt, and I’m currently based in Sheffield. I master the Egyptian dialect. I have experience teaching Arabic to non-native Arabic speakers at TEAM teaching centre in Egypt. I also grow up in Saudi Arabica where I lived for 7 years, and I am confident in Saudi Arabic Dialect as well.
Currently, I serve as the Egypt Counrty Manager at Twinkl, where I shoulder the responsibility of curating all Arabic teaching products on our website, aimed at supporting educators worldwide in their Arabic teaching endeavours. In my job I am writing educational content in Arabic as well as translating educational resources from English into Arabic for all levels.

I am passionate about teaching Arabic and creating comprehensive curriculums to facilitate Arabic language education worldwide. I have taught Arabic from beginner to professional levels, using a method that emphasizes conversations, games, and media tools such as audio recordings and videos to ensure fluency. Additionally, I incorporate Middle Eastern culture into my lessons. I hold an MA and a PhD in Arabic translation, focusing on translating literature from English and Hebrew into Arabic. I have a keen eye for detail and strong proficiency in Modern Standard Arabic grammar, which has been essential for my academic research and professional work.

Menna is a very talented Arabic teacher, who has a wonderful mix of native professional Arabic language and teaching abilities. Before dealing with Menna, I used to have a problem in Arabic grammar as it is very complicated but she managed to made it very easy to be understood. Besides that she is a fluent English speaker which facilitates the interaction with her students. Menna is also a university professor with a PhD. I recommend Menna as an Arabic teacher who makes Arabic learning an exciting and professional journey.
