About Jade

I have been teaching for nine years across the UK, in York, Bedford, Birmingham and Warwickshire. Throughout this time, I have also tutored privately, supporting students to reach their next step, whether that is sixth form, university or beyond. I became Head of Science, but soon realised I missed the joy of being in the classroom. Teaching and tutoring are where I feel happiest – helping students grow in confidence, overcome challenges, and achieve their goals. I am passionate about seeing each learner succeed and tailoring my approach to bring out the best in them.

About the lesson

I am a personable and flexible tutor who adapts lessons to each student’s needs. I take time to probe and identify gaps in understanding, then rebuild knowledge to ensure true comprehension rather than rote memorisation. I provide targeted exam questions, tailored resources, and strategies to boost confidence and performance. My supportive and approachable style helps students feel at ease while making consistent progress. Whether you need subject mastery, exam preparation, or general academic guidance, I will work with you to achieve your goals.
