About Meredith
At the Institute of Integrative Nutrition , Meredith studied 100’s of dietary theories and learned from researchers, doctors, and nutrition experts who are at the forefront of the health and wellness movement.Her clients learn to live a healthy and balanced life, and find satisfaction in all areas of their life, including their career, relationships, health, home cooking, social life, physical activity, finances, and home environment. She has successfully helped all her clients lose weight and form a better understanding of the foods they put in their bodies and how they impact their everyday life and future health. Her clients have all been success stories and have felt more confident and happier with their bodies after coaching.

As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Meredith offers a holistic and individual approach to wellness. She offers nutrition coaching, cooking, grocery store shopping guidance, and weight loss coaching in order to give people the confidence they need to live healthy lives. She teaches how eating the right foods naturally leads to weight loss and that diets don't work. Your eating patterns need to fit your lifestyle and it's hard to "give up" foods you love. Meredith helps clients get creative in the kitchen with healthier substitutions and caters towards clients with allergies and particular preferences like gluten free, dairy free, paleo and keto.
