About Dilan
I worked as an instructor in Turkey for two years and discovered that my students experienced a holistic healing and well-being process. Through this journey with them, the flow also brought me a sense of calm and balance. I encourage you to join this experience.
I offer classes in both English and Turkish.

Yoga is not just a physical exercise; it’s a holistic approach that brings mental clarity and emotional balance. If you’re looking to take a break from the fast pace of daily life and dedicate time to your well-being, I’d love to support you on this journey.
In my sessions, I help you explore your body, breathe more effectively, and calm your mind. If you want to step away from the noise and chaos of the city and create a peaceful space for yourself, I warmly invite you to join my classes.
Namaste
