I graduated Oxford Seminars in 2015, taught in Mexico for a summer (mostly adults, but some children) I find that children are the most eager to learn.
Right now, I'm trying to complete a BA.Ed in ESL. But Corona makes it difficult.

Children respond best to preplanned activities, so everything is done in 10 minute blocks:
Day 1 Block A: Introductions (10m) T intro/learn Ss names
Block B (10m): T outlines lesson
Block C (10m) et cetera and so.
