About Joshua
Teaching English has been an amazing career and life fulfillment for me. I have taught ESL for over four years in-class and online to diverse ages and sexes. I completed my bachelor's degree in Business Administration in 2020 and even before my graduation, I have been teaching. For me, teaching has been a potential aspect wherein I get to enlarge my wisdom and knowledge horizon. As a way to continue in this area of ESL teaching, I thought it wise to pursue with the Oxford University TESOL(Teaching English to Students of other Languages) course, which has enabled me become a certified and qualified teacher to teach English all over the world.
I love to teach and make even the least of slow learners be able to understand from scratch and become fluent in communicating in English. Learning English with me being your teacher ,will be fun, interactive and educative as well. So, no worries !

My approach will incorporate the direct method wherein I will stick on the target language and not allowing translations; it will mainly and heavily focus on speaking rather than focusing on grammar; so also using the communicative language Teaching; Total Physical Approach and the eclectic Approach in different lesson plans as a way to help students or learners fully engaged in an interactive and effective communication in English as their second language.
I believe my personality of being a self motivated person with the love to pass knowledge to others combined with patience are key features that will definitely set me apart as a good tutor.
My lessons will specifically target beginners, intermediates and advance level learners; from kindergarten to adults.
