About Kendra
I have been teaching yoga for 4.5 years and have taken part in several intensive trainings, and continue to maintain my personal practice as a student myself.
Prior to teaching I studied psychology and sociology earning a Bachelors of Science.

I enjoy teaching 1:1 with students because of the progress that can be achieved with my entire attention focused on one person.
I have strong verbal skills and communicate instruction first and foremost, and am well-versed in adjustments and hands-on support.
