About Yulia
With nearly 10 years of yoga experience, I specialize in hatha and vinyasa yoga, as well as understanding how the body works and the importance of breathing. In my classes, I combine different styles to create a unique experience that helps you learn more about yourself while improving your flexibility and strength. I live in Denmark but love traveling to teach yoga workshops and classes wherever I go.

Yulia is my first yoga teacher. I like her teaching approach. I discovered a lot about my body with Yulia and she ensured me that there are no limits in yoga practice. It could be challenging sometimes but it is worth it. You should set your goals and she will guide you with patience and fun. Thank you Yulia!
