About Aleena Raju
I am Aleena. I'm an athlete and a national volleyball player. I'm living in kerala.
The main reason i selected this course, because i wanted to share some knowledge that i was gained. Health is the most important wealth. Being fit help you to be remain heathy. I got trained from various institutions because i was an athlete.

Being fit is not a difficult task. I will recommend you some apps and list of exercises that you needed!
According to your current status i'll suggest what or which kind of training you should follow and i'll guide as well.
Rather than exercises ZUMBA Dance will also provide. So it will be fun.
You can ask me any doubt or guidance anytime and i'll help you to be fit.
NOTE: I am used to be an athlete and therefore the exercises provided by me must give you result within 1 month.
