About Yavindi
I teach in a clear, structured, and supportive way that helps students genuinely understand maths rather than memorise methods. I break topics down into simple steps, model worked examples, and guide students through practice until they feel confident applying the skills independently. My lessons are typically 60 minutes long, giving enough time to learn, practise, and review any questions. I’m a high-achieving GCSE student with strong knowledge of the WJEC curriculum and experience tutoring younger learners both in school and independently. My approach is patient, encouraging, and tailored to each student’s pace. I work mainly with Year 9 and Year 10 students, as well as younger learners who need help building core skills, improving exam technique, or gaining confidence in class.
