I am a passionate calisthenics athlete and trainer who believes in building strength, discipline, and confidence through bodyweight training. I enjoy helping people improve their fitness, learn new skills, and push beyond their limits. My approach focuses on proper technique, consistent practice, and gradual progress according to each student's ability. I want to share my knowledge and experience to help others develop a stronger body, better control, and a healthier lifestyle.

About the lesson

My calisthenics classes are designed to help you build strength, muscle, flexibility, balance, and body control using bodyweight exercises. I provide step-by-step guidance for beginners and intermediate students, focusing on proper technique, progressive training, and skill development. Each session includes warm-ups, strength training, calisthenics skills, and recovery. Whether your goal is to master pull-ups, push-ups, handstands, or advanced skills, I will help you progress safely and consistently toward your fitness goals.
