About Aarushi

I am a high-achieving Economics, Mathematics and Statistics Undergraduate from the Queen Mary University of London, where I’ve been predicted a 1st class. Maths has always been my strongest skill set and a passion of mine having achieved top grades throughout (grade 9 at GCSE and A at A-level). It’s been and continues to be my main and most enjoyable subject, where at A-levels I also undertook Further Maths. I’ve always been very fond of teaching, where previously I’ve taught friends and family members. I feel so fulfilled and happy when I’m able to see my students grow confidence, flourish and thrive in a subject they used to struggle in.

About the lesson

I’ll use a variety of questions to ensure the student is fully exposed to and can practise all the different styles of questions, using both books and online resources. Specifically for GCSE/IGCSE and A-level, we will follow the relevant board and start with specific topic practice and then move onto past paper practice once the student is confident with all the topics, so that they are familiar with the exam format. For 11+ entrance exams, a similar approach will be taken. If there is a specific teaching method that the student would like to use, please reach out to me and we can discuss the best plan. I teach all levels of maths up until A-level. Lessons will be online via Zoom, Skype etc.
