About Ben
I’m a Year 10 student who’s always enjoyed maths and helping others understand it too. I’m currently working at a top level in my class and predicted a Grade 9 in my GCSEs. I will also be doing my Statistics GCSE soon, at the end of Year 10. I know how frustrating it can be when a topic doesn’t click right away, so I focus on explaining things clearly and at a pace that suits each student. I’m patient, reliable, and genuinely want to help younger students feel more confident in maths. Outside of school, I play football at a high level, this has taught me discipline and consistency, qualities I bring into my tutoring.

My lessons are designed to make maths clear, enjoyable, and confidence-building. Each one-hour session is tailored to the student’s goals and learning style. I explain topics in simple, relatable ways, by breaking them down step-by-step so they actually make sense. As a current student myself, I understand the challenges of learning maths at school, which helps me connect with younger learners and explain things in a way they understand. My lessons are aimed towards KS2 and KS3 students who want to improve grades, build confidence, and start to genuinely enjoy maths.
