I don’t rush through lessons or treat all students the same. Instead, I help each student develop mastery based on their pace, strengths, and personal goals. I foster a positive mindset toward math by celebrating progress, however small, and connecting concepts to students’ real lives and interests.

Independent Practice: The student attempts problems solo while I provide support.
Review & Reflection: We discuss what they learned, any remaining questions, and next steps
