About Sanae
Being a student myself allows me to relate to the challenges that many students face in school today. I understand what it is like to prepare for tests, complete assignments, and learn new topics. My goal is to help students improve their understanding, gain confidence in their abilities, and achieve their academic goals.
I am a friendly, patient, and understanding tutor who enjoys helping others learn. I know that school can sometimes be stressful, especially when a subject feels confusing, so I try to create a comfortable environment where students feel safe asking questions without worrying about being judged.
When tutoring, I like to explain things step by step and in different ways until they make sense. I understand that everyone learns at a different pace, and I am happy to slow down, repeat information, or find a new way to explain something if needed. My goal is not just to help students get the right answer, but to help them understand why the answer is correct.

My teaching style is patient, friendly, and flexible. I believe that everyone learns differently, so I try to explain topics in ways that make sense to each student. I encourage questions and make sure students understand a topic before moving on.
A typical lesson starts with reviewing any questions or problems the student has. Then, we work through examples together, practice similar problems, and go over anything that is still confusing. My goal is to help students build confidence and become more comfortable with their schoolwork.
What sets me apart is that I am a student myself, so I understand the challenges that students face in school today. I know what it is like to learn new and difficult topics, and I try to create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions.

My lessons are best for elementary, middle school, and high school students, especially those taking Algebra 2 or lower-level math courses. I also welcome students who need help with Chemistry, History, English, or basic Japanese along with foreigners.
