About Kavitha
Greetings! I am Kavitha, a passionate explorer of life's wonders, with a background in Biochemistry and experience as a Research Analyst and Lecturer. But my true journey of self-discovery began when I was introduced to the profound world of yoga and ancient healing techniques.
Through this enchanting path, I found a newfound lightness in both body and mind, a deep sense of awareness, and an inner calmness like never before. As destiny guided me, I stumbled upon the mystical art of Garbhsanskar - an awe-inspiring ancient wisdom that embraces the beauty of pregnancy and motherhood.
Prenatal Yoga, an integral part of this sacred wisdom, became my calling. It allowed me to embrace my passion for teaching and share this transformative knowledge with others. Witnessing lives being positively touched and future generations being nurtured holistically - physically, mentally, psychologically, and spiritually - has been a truly fulfilling experience.
